Veterans Memorial Senior Center - Goldstar Room
Bill Schildknecht, Founder of Grow San Mateo, will be sharing his knowledge of methods of organic and sustainable gardening, focusing on “Dig Less, Buy Less, and Buy Local”. We also will have a demonstration of a new approach to potting soil with an interactive potting station and seeds for attendees to take home.

You’ve driven by NASA on the 101 for years and wondered what they do there. Now is your opportunity to get an exclusive tour on the inside with guide Don Durston, a NASA Ames aerospace engineer for 35+ years. We’ll first be driven by bus to a no-host lunch at Eureka!, a 4-star Mountain View restaurant, to get sustenance before our 2-hour tour begins.
Our tour guide, Don Durston, is an aerospace engineer who has been working at NASA Ames for more than 44 years.

Senior Coastsiders is inviting seniors to join the mystery book club. It will be a hybrid meeting at the Senior Coastsiders. This month we‘re discussing Give Unto Others, by Donna Leon, set in Venice & featuring Commissario Guido Brunetti.
