Leadership Team

  • Oversee overall strategy, organizational structure, policies, & procedures.
  • Review Vision, Goals, & Objectives Annually
  • Oversee & ensure implementation of the mission, philosophy strategy, organizational structure, policies, & procedures.
  • Oversee the Committees.
  • Monitor & evaluate VOTC's progress.
Leadership Team

Chair: Maureen Szostak - Secretary/Treasurer: Sue Santoro - Member: Emily Glines, Joyce Logan, Nancy Nadler.

The Leadership Team meets every first Monday. Committees also meet monthly.

Our Leadership Team and Committees encourage and welcome suggestions and comments. Email
  • Events and Programs Committee: manages Events and Programs. Nancy Nadler
  • Membership Committee: manages all the details regarding Membership including joining process, renewal process, support of members, and managing ongoing evaluation of the Membership process. Emily Glines
  • Service Volunteer and Services Committee identifies services and services providers, recruits Service Volunteers, and implements plans for volunteer retention. Maureen Szostak
